the location is fantastic, just a few steps from the rialto bridge and surrounded by charming eateries like ristorante san silvestro, making it easy to explore the city on foot and discover its beauty.

The whole experience was really lovely, nothing too much trouble, do recommend. I greatly enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. It was based in new building in a marvellous location, in the middle of the city. A kettle and instant coffee were available in my double room...

Almost perfect.

I liked the perfectly clean room. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

What a gem! The room was spacious, clean, and elegant, just like the pictures. The location couldn't be better-close to the Rialto Bridge and quiet at night. Lucia and her cleaning lady were kind and full of great local tips. We'll definitely come back 😊

Some guests smoking near the common areas can be bothersome!!! Finding the hotel entrance can be confusing due to its lack of distinct signage!!!

Ask for water taxi arrangements in advance to enjoy a smooth arrival experience in Venice.

The experience was so great! The Triple Room with Private Bathroom accommodated my family perfectly. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully renovated. Location wise, it couldn't be better-just a minute from the Rialto Bridge and fine views of the Grand Canal. Lucia was helpful, providing clear instructions beforehand about how to reach the residence via the vaporetto water taxi. Felt very welcomed by the team, who even surprised us with a small thank-you gift upon arrival. One small downside was the difficulty in finding the entrance at first. It blends in with other buildings. We loved our stay and would return without hesitation.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, and the modern bathroom facilities were a treat after exploring. I would have loved a tissue box, though.

The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The location was perfect, just minutes from major attractions. My personal highlight was how the owner, Christina, made arrangements for our water taxi, ensuring a smooth arrival-just perfection!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and steps from the Grand Canal. Our room wassuper clean and cozy. Lucia and the staff were particularly friendly and eager to help, offering great local dining options, including the fantastic Restaurante San Silvestro.

The triple room provided had WiFi and a kettle, enjoyed the view of the city, would recommend this place, and would like to return in the future.

Our stay here was fantastic, a perfect starting point to explore the area, with excellent WiFi and amenities in a great location.

This place is brand new and I spent a lovely time here in a big room with a private bathroom that had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet available.
